Everything DiSC® Supplement for Facilitators is created with the facilitator/trainer/coach in mind. The report provides additional information about the DiSC preferences of a respondent to help facilitate a richer discussion.
THE PROFILE
The research-validated Everything DiSC Workplace assessment is completed online and produces an in-depth, workplace-specific 20-page report. A more precise measurement leads to a more accurate profile, increased personalization, and a more satisfying participant experience.
Online tailoring makes it easy to remove or rearrange profile pages, customize the title, or print selected sections. The profile may be used on its own or with the companion facilitation material. The profile and facilitation materials are sold separately.
THE FACILITATION MATERIALS
The facilitation materials include three in-depth modules complete with engaging activities and contemporary video. Resources include a video introduction to the DiSC behavioral styles, 13 additional video segments, and a 30-minute optional people-reading module. Easily customize facilitation by selecting and switching out video clips, modifying slides, Leader's Guides, and participant handouts. Add or delegate segments to fit any timeframe or workshop configuration. Facilitation material is available as unlocked PowerPoint® slides and Word documents - making building a custom program easier than ever.
